I listened carefully,

I shuddered,

I muttered,

For these words

Cannot be clearly….

Uttered.

Feelings are battered,

Wings fluttered,

A vortex of lost moments,

Echoes…muffled,

Though thoughts were scattered,

The vision was clear,

Despite of tears shed,

Sadly,

That love

Is doomed to be shattered.
